DOREA is the largest training provider of Erasmus+ courses in Limassol, Cyprus, established in 2012. During the last 5 years alone DOREA has delivered more than 50 courses under LLP & Grundtvig IST (the predecessors of Erasmus+) and about 80 courses around Europe (Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Ireland, United Kingdom) under Erasmus+ program.

DOREA Educational Institute’s general scope is to offer high quality non-formal education to adults and young people, covering the three main areas of non-formal education, that is socio-cultural (popular) education, education for personal development and professional training.

DOREA provides personal development courses that help adult and youth learners develop and express their potential and gain practical skills. We focus on coaching, mentoring, encouraged technics of entrepreneurship, working with CEFE methodology. The professionals working at DOREA, both as staff and external consultants are specialized in delivering excellent and feasible solutions for those who wish to continue personal and professional development through life-long learning educational programs.

DOREA is also active in projects within programmes such as ERASMUS+, HORIZON 2020, INTERREG, FP7, MEDA, LLP, Life+, YIA, ESF, MED, ENPI MED.

Since 2012 DOREA implemented 6 projects within ‘Youth in Action’ and ERASMUS+ KA1 program as a project coordinator (host organization), and 4 projects as a project partner (sending organization). We have hosted around 200 participants in our projects.

– Improving the quality and efficiency of education and training by enabling all learners to acquire the basic skills and competencies needed for their employability, social state, emotional balance;
– Promoting equality, social cohesion, and active citizenship by addressing educational disadvantage through the provision of high quality, supportive and inclusive education;
– Enhancing creativity and innovation at all levels of education and training by promoting the development of key competencies at all levels of education and to encourage cooperation between all sectors of education, training and the world of work.
