Experience in developing training course, working with young people, etc.

Have developed training courses for CIPD and the Work Foundation in the UK as an occupational psychologist. Have worked with young people training soft skills.  Worked with young people teaching in Guatemala.  Also worked at film school with young students in Cuba.  Have worked with young refugees and immigrants.  Have designed resilience courses and programs.  Mother of 3 multi-cultural, tri-lingual children.

Why have you decided to participate in this project?

To update skills and share experiences with other people from different countries and cultures.  To be able to disseminate and deliver training throughout Europe.

What are your expectations of this training course?

To learn from new approaches and styles, to share experiences and also really understand the importance of interculturality.  To investigate further ideas of identity and resilience.

What does work with young people mean to you?

It is one of the most important jobs you can have!  Working with young people connects us across generations and is an investment in our collective future.
